Frequently Asked Questions about App Settings
Customizing categories
Go to Settings and select Categories. You can add new categories, edit existing ones, change colors and icons, and organize them to match your spending habits. Custom categories help you track expenses more accurately. You can also reorder categories by dragging them.
Changing app preferences
Access Settings to customize your app experience. Change currency, date format, first day of week, and default wallet. Adjust notification settings, theme preferences, and language. These preferences are saved automatically and apply across the app.
Exporting your data
In Settings, go to Data Management and select Export. Choose the format (CSV or JSON) and date range. Your exported file includes all transactions, wallets, budgets, and categories. This is useful for backup purposes or analyzing data in spreadsheet applications.
Backup and restore
Use the Backup feature in Settings to create a complete backup of your data. Backups are saved to your device or cloud storage. To restore, select a backup file and confirm. This is essential when switching devices or recovering from data loss. Regular backups ensure your financial data is safe.
Managing app appearance
Customize the app's appearance in Settings. Choose between light and dark themes, adjust font sizes, and customize color schemes. You can also change the app icon and organize the home screen layout to suit your preferences.
Data synchronization
